Meet the owner: Born and raised in Northern California, Lauren Gallagher, our owner and chef, has spent over a decade immersed in the San Francisco food scene. Her food is a celebration of California's diverse ingredients and cultural influences. From the garlic fields of Gilroy to the vineyards of Northern California, her dishes tell stories inspired by the state's natural abundance. After relocating to Scotland, Lauren founded California Kitchen and Catering, with a mission of bringing the creativity and flavours of the California food scene to Scotland.
