DELIVERED MEAL PREP

A fridge or freezer full of proper food for the busy days. Begin with 10 generous individual portions: five dishes, two portions of each. Meals are cooked from scratch, labelled, and supplied with storage and reheating guidance.

Each delivery follows California Kitchen's current seasonal menu. We screen allergies, dietary needs and strong dislikes before booking; one whole-dish swap may be available from that week's alternatives. This is a curated service, not a build-your-own menu or a calculated-macro plan. Collect from Gartcosh or ask about delivery to your postcode.

PREMIUM IN-HOME MEAL PREP

Your fridge, sorted for the week. We plan and cook in your kitchen for up to four hours, then portion and label the food, organise the fridge or freezer, and clean down. Your priorities might be family dinners, lunches, breakfasts, snacks, children's meals or freezer back-ups. Start with a paid trial visit; fortnightly and weekly support can follow if it is a good fit. Groceries are separate, with sourcing available for an additional fee.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell us what kind of support you need and your preferred start week. We check capacity and delivery or collection options, then send a short food-preference intake. After reviewing fit and dietary needs, we confirm the menu or in-home trial, final quote and booking details. Payment secures your slot. After the first batch or visit, we gather feedback and arrange a restock or ongoing support if you would like it.
